Conference Fee

The conference fee is 400 RON/80 EUR including coffee and tea in the pauses, lunches, dinners (except for Friday, 29 August), and the conference proceedings.

  • If you are a student, an early career researcher or other early career professional (heraldic artist, employee/intern of an heraldic office, museum curator, archivist and heritage professional, etc.) having difficulties paying this fee, we offer 10 discounts of 200 RON/40 EUR. To apply for such a discount, send a message to iasi.aih.2025@gmail.com and attach 1) a brief CV including information about your current position and your activities within heraldry, and 2) a brief justification for your application for a discount. If you are granted a discount, you will get an email with all the details for the payment.

  • If you are an accompanying person, and you do not want your own copy of the proceedings but want to take part in the lunches and have the opportunity to visit the lectures and have lunches, coffee and tea in the pauses, there is a reduced fee, 200 RON/40 EUR instead of 400 RON/80 EUR. To get the discount code you need, send a message to iasi.aih.2025@gmail.com and inform us about whom you are accompanying.

Gala Dinner Fee

The gala dinner fee, 29 August, is 350 RON/70 EUR. It includes refreshments and a three course dinner.

Dress code: Evening dress with miniatures. Following the European dining tradition, gentlemen are invited to wear black tie. Ladies may wear formal evening gowns or national dress. Mess dress is also acceptable for gentlemen and ladies. Miniatures should be displayed appropriately according to etiquette.

City Tour Fee

The city tours on 30 August are free of charge.
